I am having account with pnb at bhagirathi puram branch, tehri and my account no is [protected].
It is to inform you that on 12.02.2018, i have done an online transfer using imps of 50000 rupees. Reference id for that transaction is[protected].
The amount got deducted from my account but not credited to other account. Then i have contacted customer care and they gave me 7 days time. My complain no is sr a[protected].
As a regular practice if transaction failed then amount shall be refunded immediately, i dont know why they told me to wait for 7 days and then they will only tell what is the problem.
Today i have contacted to my branch, at first they told me that not to worry and deducted amount will be refunded to me within 01 or 02 hours. Later they called me on my phone and told to me to wait for 45 days. Now i dont understand the policy of pnb.. Who will bear the interest part of that amount that has been blocked by you.
If somebody need that amount immediately and his amount got stuck then this is our working culture... Our government is pushing everyone for digital india, but on ground this is our reality...
As a regular practice if that amount not credited to other account then the same shall be refunded to me immediately. I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me to get refund immediately as i am in urgent need of money. Was this information helpful? |
