Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund pending from bank but paid from amazon site | |||
I bought jewellery from Amazon in last December. Then I returned to site due to damage. After a week I talked to their custumer care and they said that they have initiated refund but due to any problem from bank side refund is not completed. They have given me the reference number[protected] and told me to contact pnb consumer site and file complaint. Plz resolve. The account holder name is santosh kumari.
