I ordered product from Amazon shopping app on 2/10/2021at 9:35 and paid the amount 602/rs through UPI which is link to my PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK and Amazon cancelled the order on 2/10/2021 at 7:59 and refund the amount whose RETURN REFERENCE NUMBER is[protected] but amount of rs602/ not credited to my PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK I attached the documents in your add photo option I called the bank customer care number but they not helped me..
Sir please help me as soon as possible

For PNB& AMAZON with return reference number Problem go to PNB net banking and submit CRGS FORM a complain they will resolve the complaint with 24 hrs.. If consumer complaints not resolved ur problem
