I hold a pension account in pnb branch. No.[protected] since yr. 2011.
I have not received revised pension even with sep. 2016 credit. As per government directions, it was to be given from aug. 2016 onward.
I spoke with the branch but the officer expressed helplessness stating that the the pension department of pnb is responsible for the action in the matter. On communicating with that office i was advised that the first complaint be lodged with the concerned branch and then escalated as per bank's laid down procedure. I am therefore requesting you to look in to the issue and if required, resolve the matter. Was this information helpful? |
