Punjab National Bank [PNB] — swiping machine

My swiping machine is not working. Sometimes it is showing "no sim". Sometimes it is showing :connecting", after a a long time it is showing"please try again". Same thing is happening for the last one week. Given complaint to the branch, but nobody came and solved the issue till now. Please take necessary action to solve the issue as soon as possible.
