Punjab National Bank [PNB] — unnecessary deduction of amount

At 17:11:04 on 16-apr-2018, when i went to an atm to debit an amount of Rs.7000 but i did not receive the amount but the amount was deducted from my account. Tell me the reason of the same and kindly return my amount in the bank account . I will be very thankful.

i also try helpline numbers but the numbers are not working. please return my amount in my bank account i really need it.
