[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — unsuccessful refund | |||
I had ordered a smart phone from amazon.in On 27/07/2019 using my master debit card of punjab national bank. But later i cancelled the order on 28/07/2019 And i was expecting the refund of the money from the amazon. I waited a week nad then contacted the amazon customer care executive and they have Informed me that they have already initiated the refun on the 2nd of jully 2019 and as a prove they provided me the transaction id that they have Received from the punjab national bank after the refund got initiated. I contacted the punjab national bank customer care executive and they denied to Help me regarding this matter. Its been 6th business day after the refund got initiated and 12 days since i cancelled the order but the amaount did not Reflect in my account. Jul 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I linked my pan card and Aadhaar card with my PNB account and after adding it with in 3 days the money got credited in my account Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Sir my refund was initiated on 29 june but its not credited in my bank account till now.my refund reference number is[protected] .
