Punjab Roadways — complaint against driver and conductor

Yesterday i was traveling from jalandhar to chandigarh in the evening from bus no. Pb 32
J7234. And here are few complaints and suggestions-
1. During enite journey, driver kept changing lanes and had no fear of occurrence of accident, sir, size of bus is huge, if you will drive your bus in opposite lane, what can other party can do, in addition of praying his god.
2. What is need o[censored]sing pressure horn, why not a simple horn.
3. What is the need o[censored]sing, higher tone language, with passengers.
4. Why do not conductor have a complaint or suggestion book.

Hlo sir 9589 bus no time 6.15pm 43 bus stand and condctor not ticket da local passenger khara morinda and 6 phase mohali.do you now ? stay for this bus ra wa dabba 8pm collect da 500rs par route.plz action da this bus . thanks you
