I booked a seat for journey from isbt to ludhiana on 01/09/2017 for 02/09/2017 ticket no 1027688 pnr[protected]. Received a sms on journey date 02/09/2017 that pnr[protected] punbus/punjab roadways bus trip cancelled from delhi to ludhiana on 02 sep 2017 at 8.10pm. Full refund process initiated.
