Sir, I made two online payments on 16/09/2018 on receipt i got. But one payment account no: [protected] for rs. 12940/- through payzapp wallet. Of hdfc bank. But receipt for this payment is not generated yet. Today is last date of bill payment. Merchant id for this payment is[protected] I contact hdfc they told payment is not claimed by pspcl say officials to claim rs. 12940/-. No supply in faridkot bazigar basti and the number text send from pspcl is switched off . No electricity in the town till 8 pm please resolve this problem as much as fast you can i shall be highly thankful to you
