I live in granthi bagh ropar. Our electricity bill of march 2019 was founded by one of our neighbour in street. Its such a irresponsible behaviour shown by local employees. They should place it in letter box and should ring the bell. It could be a great hassle for someone if the bill goes misplace because of the mistake of employee. So please ask them to place the bill properly.
