Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — electricity bill high while no one living the place

Hi, around 6 months back we received an electricity bill of 9 lakh rupees while no one was living in my old home in amritsar. I lodged a complaint and that got rectified. Now again 2 months back, again electricity bill of 22 thousand rupees was issued and again no one is living at my previous house. I am currently living in new delhi so its not possible for me to come there and settle it.

Near my electric wires are very loose . I think this is a very dangerous cause any accident. These wire mostly touch the ground. Near passing a road so many traffic are in their. Children touch the wires or heavy vehicles touching .
