My name is kulwant kaur i paid my electricity bill through I mobile app but due to technical issue app did not work and my transaction could not complete then I paid my bill by paytm and I got receipt from pspcl but after that I got another msg my 2560 rs again debit from my account I want my 2560 back plz solve my problem as soon as possible
