Non-receipt of online payment of electricity bill pad by me.

The detail of which is as follow:

Bill amount: 3170/-
Date of online payment: 29.10.2017
Bank: idbi bank barnala
A/c no: [protected]
A/c holder: pooja grover

Kindly check the above mentioned payment with the a/c of pspcl as i am not able to generate the receipt of this payment. The amount has been debited to my a/c and it is not reflecting in pspcl's a/c
