Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Online payment failure | |||
I paid rs. 600 against my electricity bill for account number B55KS131903X, which is at Shushant City-1, Kotshamir, Bathinda, Punjab. I paid using PSPCL official mobile application through BILLDESK gateway. the payment was deducted from my bank account but not received by PSPCL. I e-mailed to bill desk support at [protected]@billdesk.com and to pspcl at [protected]@billdesk.com, sharing the screen shots of HDFC banking app (for deduction of amount) and pspcl app screenshot describing the non-availability of payment process completion. but I have not received any support from them both. my e-mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
