Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — regarding new electricity connection applied since 06/09/2017. but not yet installed.

Hi,

I am resident of #155, village akalgarh, dhani gurcharan singh, district muktsar, pin 152026.
I have applied for electricity connection on 06/09/2017 in electricity office situated at below mentioned address.

I am attaching the receipt which i have received after paying the said security fee.

Person has kept the electricity meter at my home with serial no 787312. (Pspcl - 10-60a 0047173). I am attaching the sanpshot as well.
Is there any extra fee which i have to give to the person who came for installation, asked for?
Please take the adequate action and install the meters at my home asap. Its already been 4 months i have the applied the meter for. Person who hand over the meter to me is harassing us.
