Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — regarding sde and je not doing there duty not properly and public dealing is too poor

My name is sandeep kapil. My mobile no. Is[protected]. My village is brahmpur upper. Pspcl employee connected wrong meter wire and due to this my electricity bill is rs. 23000/- and due to there mistake inside my home. I faced electric current problem. When i went to pspcl sub division bhanupli, i met with sde and told him about my problem. He make of fun my complaint and said to me you have to pay this bill. I want to ask without any checking how can he react like this. His dealing is too poor. So i request please take immediately necessary action against him and solve my problem. I hope honorable pm will take immediate action against these seriousness officer who deal with the people very poorly.
