My house is locked from last one year, iam recieving a flat bill of rs 220 as fixed charges of meter. And all my previous bills are paid to pspcl on time

Now i have recieved a bill of rs 350/- for the month of mar-april 2019 with sundry charges of rs 120/-, pl provide information about the sundry charges, as all my dues are already cleared
