[Resolved] Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — transaction failed but payment got deducted | |
Hi. I tried to make a payment through pspcl of rs 50, 000. Payment got debited from my bank account but when transaction page returned to pspcl website, it produced a fault saying "due to technical activities payments from 2315 hrs to 0015 hrs are not possible." I request you to kindly refund the amount. I have attached picture of my bank account details and an error message on pspcl. Sep 26, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved There was no update from PSPCL. I had to contact payment gateway to get the matter resolved. Fortunately there were helpful. | |
