I am Raman Kumar with Acc. No. - [protected], from the last three months i am receiving wrong amount as bill either zero or in negative.Meter reading is going right.Kindly do the needful as everytime it becomes time consuming and troublesome affair to visit the PAPCL office on working day during duty hours. Please consider the same and resolve the issue as soon as it is possible.
