Punjab Technical University — mark sheets

I passed out in 2014 under ptu from subhas bose institute of hotel management kolkata and still didn't receive my mark sheet for 1st, 4th and 5th-semester mark sheets. I can't apply anywhere and now i got stuck in my career. I tried to collect it from my college but they can't provide me now. After 4 years also they can't help me. It's really disappointing. Please help me.. Please.
