    Service is very good. I got quick Repsonse on my compalint. I am very satisfy with services provide by the company's employee. I bought Pureit in the month of November classic Model. At the time of purchase I found leakage in the appliance. I register the compalint at the same time in your branch office where from I bought the same.They have taken the quick action on the same complaint and get it replaced the dwell chamber.

      Yesterday low filtration in my Pureit device, then i called help line and complained.
      Iam surprised the service executive came immediately within same day to my house for the resolving my complaint. He resovled complaint and cleared all doubts wehad on devices.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I purchased your Pureit classic product on October in 2012. Since then it is not filtering the water and leakage is also occuring from the top and bottom part. I registered the complaint on 29 nov 12 complaint no C[protected], on 05 Dec12 cmplnt no C[protected] and 10 Jan 13 complaint no C[protected] . Every time i got the message " Your complaint has been attended , so give your feedback". I dont know without even coming here how they can say that they have attended my complaint.

        Subsequently I chased up about my complaint in every alternate day. Every time they say that they have forwarded it to higher authority for urgent action.

        however, it is the issue of drinking water so i will wait for the three days and then i am going to register the complaint in the consumer court for under warranty product for non reaction and difficulties faced by consumer over the time.

          a few days back i purchased an age defying cream which was given to my friend as a gift which was returned back to me as it was virtually empty with only airb bubbles in it and we felt so much embarrased due to it that i am unable to describe.this is a product of such a reputed company like hindustan unilevers that we can not thought of.in this condition what should i do??

            Pureit Water Purifier — not responding the complaint

            we lodge a complaint to instal new battery for pureit waterpurifier on 18.08.08 wide our complaint no;S 08/CHN/[protected] OUR CUSTOMER ID NO ;[protected] . We explain our position daily to the 24 hours complaint cell, but every day we got irresponsible reply only . Kindly take immediate action in this regard

            my dear fiends do not buy pure_it water purifier ..
            its working well but its service of delivery of battery kit is very horible i[censored] call pure it help line they would tell u that they would send it with in 3 working days but it would come to house only after 10 to 20 compalant to help line only

            I requested pureit to replace my water filter battery on 11th of november 2008. So far not done. Whenever I call they used to say that today it will be done. We fed up with pure it. So I decided not to call for any thing to pure it rather no use other than loosing money for phone calls.

            Pure IT Water Purifiers — Problem Resolved

            Hi

            This is Damin Bakshi. I was facing problem with Pure IT water purifier. Now my complaint has been resolved. They have replaced they battery with no cost.

            Pure IT Water Purifiers — delay in service

            my mobile no. is [protected]. The new battery kit for my pure it purifier was replaced but it was not not installed properly... and complaint was registered on same day 12 august.2010. Neither i was provided with any complaint no. nor any representative came to fix the problem of leakage, even i lodged the complaint twice. I was given insurance of 24 hr. service..more than 4 days gone..no action has been take from their side...
            Kindly look into the matter...
            I had purchased a PureIT water filter; Customer Id No.-[protected]. After 4 months the Battery Kit turned red, so I had ordered another battery kit which was worth Rs.510 that supposed to give 2250 liters of filtered water, it was fitted in month of June but the new kit turned red again in end of August, so this battery kit lasted only 2 months.

            Whereas THE CO. SAYS THAT 2000 LTR WATER WILL BE FILTERED by its BATTERY of Rs. 510/- BUT …!!!

            Logically if I have to purchase battery kit 4~5 times a year, the cost will be more than my total purchase cost of the filter.

            I have made lot of calls to the customer care but only assurances have been given to me by them and Inspite of my regular calling and complaint registration no response has been shown from the company’s side.

            After my frequent phone calls at the PUREIT Customer Care Department. One of the Representative (Mr. Manoj) from PUREIT has visited my home to check the battery but I’m very sorry to say that he was just a fraud guy. When I forcely asked him to show me his I- card and his contact number he provided me a totally wrong mobile number and I-card, there was no I-card at him.

            I can just say that, HUL IS JUST FOOLING THE CUSTOMER BY SENDING THE FAULTY BATTERY AND EARNIMG PROFITS, I SHOULD SAY THEY ARE JUST CHEATING AND HARRASING THE CUSTOMERS AND EARING GOOD PROFIT. MY LATEST COMPAINT NUMBER IS C[protected] registered on 7th September ‘2010 and the customer care executive who attended my call was named Mr. Kamal.

            I have lost my trust and faith on Hindustan Unilever. I have decided not to go for any sorts of products recommended by “HINDUSTAN LEVER LTD" in future.

            NOW, I ‘LL NOT BE HAVING ANY OPTION LEFT FOR ME EXCEPT GOING TO THE CONSUMER COURT...

              Hi,

              I am using Pureit Classic model from past few years and I am quite happy with performance and after sales service, their after sales service is very fast and efficient.

              During my recent order for battery replacement to my device, the service person visited and replaced it. He also suggested us to have a “Double storage kit”, he carried along with him and demonstrated to us by installing in our device, I felt it is very useful and now we need not to fill it multiple times in a day.


              I should really thank Mr.Ganesh reddy for his prompt and efficient service

              HUL/Pureit — GOOD SERVICE

              Hi,



              I am using Pureit and I am happy with its performance, but still I had a doubt on the after sales service. Recently it shown red indication and I called up on their helpline, ordered for new kit, and next day was being holiday and I never expected that I will get service on holiday but it's surprise to me, they visited my home and replaced it.



              Really, I was astonished. Also at the time of placing for order they told me something about Pureit promise and I just ignored it and wanted my filter to be repaired but they not only promise they keep their promise as well.



              All the best for pureit team and I strongly recommend this product to buy to my near and dears.

                  I am using HUL Pureit Marvella RO (Cost Rs 12,999) since October 06 - 2012, After Purchasing this product, 10days later I got a problem with the product, As the Water flow was very slow, it took 28 hours to fill the seven liter tank, I have complained to customer support, But till now the problem is not solved, The service persons came for service around 7 times and they checked it, But they did not solve the problem yet, He said to put extra boost motor (Cost Rs 1500) for Water pressure, We accepted for that and we paid for the Boost pump also, but the problem is not solved after we have placed the boost pump, Barely we used the product for around 10 days only We have decided to ask Replacement or Cash back, But they are not accepting for Product replacement or Cash back, Even though they solve the problem in near future we will not be happy with that, because we paid for New product, but within 10days they have changed a lot of parts inside the product without reason, we are not satisfied with that.                   My Pure It Not working from Last 12 days

                  After vigorous follow up with customer service centre I have not received any response to my complaint.
                  Every time I call either I get the response "within 3 days problem will be resolved" or "Sorry" whereas its been more than 10 days I complain with customer care(less).

                    I am using HUL Pureit Marvella since July 2011 and I am extremely unhappy with the service I get. I didn't expect it from the company like HUL. Since 9/Nov/2012, water is not getting filled and we registered a complaint with the call center immediately. The service person was suppose to visit within 24 hrs but till today (26/Nov/2012) problem is not solved. We call almost 5-6 times a day, every time they give big promises and no solution. I am fed up of listening phrases like 'Promise that problem will be solved today', 'problem has been escalated to high level', etc. Once we received a SMS saying problem has been solved without even an engineer coming to our house. I would suggest don't buy HUL pureit ever.

                    Hindustan Unilever - Pureit — Poor service!

                    I purchased a Pureit water filter last year. After 6 months I changed the battery kid. But I informed to your Helpline 28237373 and your local delar Choolaimedu telephone no. 43553005. After 25days later they came and fixed it. But in between I made everyday call to abve numbers.

                    Now the problems is my pureit Water filter Tap was broken and I informed last 20days to the above telephone numbers. Local dealers CHOOLAIMEDU SWZ (VISHWAS SALES CORP.) NO.15, 4TH STREET, KAMARAJ NAGAR, CHOOLAIMEDU, CHENNAI TAMIL NADU 600094. Today also they promised that they will come and fix the tap. Stil8pm no responce from your delar. While we purchase they gave some assurance but evrything gone with the wind. Very poor after Sales Service from your choolaimedu delar. Please take necessary action to this matter. We are running short of pur water. Pleace take necessary action to this matter will be appreciated.

                    HUL Marvella Pureit — Service problem

                    I had bought the worst product of HUL i.e. Marvella Puriet on 27th August, 2010. It was the big mistake of my life that I thought it’s a HUL produce and it will good in all aspects. From the date of purchase I am regularly facing the problems in the product. I have lodged more than 50 complaints and every time new problem is coming. On 5th July,2011 its internal pipes got loosed and due to which water was coming outside the same. On 6th July,2011 engineer Nusrat Ali, Mobile Number [protected] visited our premises and rectified the problem and he was asking for the service charges, when I have told him that it is under warranty and I am not going to pay any charges but he was not agree to it, then immediately I have called up customer care and told him the same story. The representative at customer care informed me that the product is under warranty and there is no need to pay anything. I have inform the same to engineer and told him that I will not pay anything then he told that in a day or two you need to lodge the complaint again. I was surprised to see the reply from the engineer on 6th July, 2011. Apart from that he didn’t properly install the product, which I had to do it my own. Again today i.e. 7th July,2011 the same problem occurred, it means to get the money from the customer engineer is not doing his work properly. Just because of his money mind, he is not doing his job properly.
                    Today I have re-lodged the complaint with customer care and I have called up the engineer as well, then he transfer the line to his senior Kishan, Mobile Number [protected], the reply from Kishan was shocking. As per him the warranty period is 6 month only. How is it possible when I had bought the product it was informed that the warranty is for one year after that also we will not charge anything apart from the cost of the germ kill which will be installed free of cost.
                    Now I can say that HUL is not committed towards customers and they should stop to sell the produce immediately.
                    I hope I will receive the reply with the action report taken against the arrogant engineer.

                      I purchased a Hindustan Unilever, “Pureit Classic 14 Litres” on 3rd June 2012 with Sr. No: MSMC 00264662, from a dealer in Bangalore in Whitefield area. There was a leakage problem in the product from the Germkill Chamber. As the water is passing from the Germ Kill chamber to the lower chamber some part of the water is leaking out from the Germ kill chamber. As the days went, this leakage problem went on increasing. I like to mention here that my product is under the warranty period. On 10Th November 2012, I registered a complain with Purit customer care number[protected], with customer ID “[protected]” and complain number “C12455870” to check out the problem, but on 12th November 2012 I got one message from Purit customer care that the complain was attended. But no technician visited my place, and without attending the complain they send the message blankly to me. So on 12th November 2012 again I made one more complain on the same issue, and my complain number is “C[protected]”. On the basis of this complain one technician visited my place, checked the problem and told me that they will going to replace the Germ kill chamber with a new one by 19th November 2012, free of cost, as this is a manufacturing defect and the product is under warranty, but I waited till 19th November, but no technician visited my place so I called up the technician and asked why the didn’t came. The told me that the will definitely going to come and replace by 21st November 2012. But this time also no technician visited. So I registered another complain on 21st November 2012 with complain number “C[protected]”. But this time they gave me assurance that they will definitely going to attend the problem by either 23rd or 24th of November 2012. But this time also they didn’t kept there promise.

                      So my question to the Higher Authority of reputed company like “Purit” from Hindustan Unilever, who gives a “1 Crore Safety Challenge”, is that, is this the way they behave with there customer, even the customer who is under the warranty period? Will my above-mentioned problem be solved? If my problem is not solved, then I would just say to those people who are planning to purchase “Purit”, to think twice before purchasing, as no one will going to attend your problem if anything goes wrong. As the authority of HUL, Purit have the consent of neglecting the customer’s in this way from after sales service.

                        I am James i Had purchased pure it advanced 23 litres 2 months back approximately . From the day i brought i have been calling customer care saying the water is not flowing from the second layer in Pure it advanced . I am registering the complaint but unfortunatly these support staff close the call saying the call is attended but they will send an sms saying call is attended but no service person from Mangalore will be visting the site to have a look.

                                  After purchasing two units of Hindustan Unilever's Marvella RO, I have had continued problems with the one installed at my residence. The problems surfaced as soon as the personnel completed the installation and left. First, there was a leaky tap that took 2 days to fix. To avoid recurrence of the problem, suggest that you dry the area around the tap and check this before the personnel get your sign off. The second problem that I continue to face is of a loud sound every time the unit turns on. The sound compares the exhaust of my kitchen chimney. However, the company folks tell me that it is a 'normal' motor sound that they witness in 2 out of 5 installations.

                                  I am truly appalled by the quality control of the products coming out of this company. Neither the demo nor the units that I have seen installed around me have this level of noise. The company is not responding to my request for a replacement of this unit. Please be careful when you purchase this product - you are banking on 60% luck to have a quiet unit at your residence!!

                                    I am a new customer of Hindustan Unilever's Reverse Osmosis System (Marvella RO). I purchased two units, one for my residence and the other for my parents.

                                    My unit produces a loud noise (much like an industry level production unit) and it also has a leaking tap, which forces me to keep a container and wake up at regular intervals in the night to empty it.

                                    The unit at my parent's place has a tap, which cannot be set in the 'open' position. Needless to say, I have been making calls to the helpline within hours of both installations. Reply is that it takes between 2-3 days to send a person to attend to the requests.

                                    I could have understood if mine was a one-off problem but Unilever technology seems to have given us 100% probability of failure. Although I had many more affordable options, I went with the trust of a multinational company and the quality contrl that comes with it.

                                    Request quick response / resolution to my complaints. I surely have no reason to recommend this product to anyone else.

                                    Hindustan Unilever — Faulty product, No after sales service

                                    We bought a Pure It water purifier from Hindustan Unilever. Just after two days o[censored]se, the tap started leaking. We lodged a complaint with them on its helpline number [protected], complaint number C[protected] on 26th June.

                                    They told us that a representative will come and have a look at it. Till date, no one has come.
                                    We

                                    We call them every day, and they keep telling us "they will pass it on", but nothing ever gets done.

                                    I asked for a supervisor & got transfered to a Senior Executive named Rupesh. This person was as unhelpful as the rest of the people I had spoken with before. He even sounded as if he was laughing on the phone when I was talking. I asked to be transferred to a real supervisor & not a senior exec. But I was told that there is no other person. Rupesh even refused to give me the name of his supervisor.

                                    This is absolutely ridiculous, given the fact the Hindustan Unilever is considered to be a reputed brand.

                                    I will call them again oday & if nothing gets done by tomorrow, I will not hesitate in taking this matter to the Consumer Court.

                                        I have purchased a pureit of hindustan unilever in the month of August'2012.
                                        I had filed a complain on customer care of HUL on [protected] on 21 october whereby i was told that my complain has been registered for germkill kit and will be suppplied in next 72 hours. I did followup of same on 22,23,24,25,26 october and till date i am been assured continuously that my germkill kit will be provided in next 48 hours.
                                        I am also receiving messages from customer care on my cell no. [protected] as follows:
                                        - Dear customer your complain no.[protected] has been attended......nobody came to attend the complain.
                                        - Dear customer your complain no.[protected] has been attended......nobody came to attend the complain.

                                        I was told by Pureit service provider (cell no. [protected]), that they are not having germkill kit in stock on 25 and it is about to come.The company is still to send them the same.
                                        I was told by Pureit employee Mr. Bhagat (cell no. [protected]), that they are not having germkill kit in stock on 25 and it is about to come.The company is still to send them the same.Today he gave me his senior no. Mr. Varun Mehra ([protected]), but after calling him continously he is not picking the phone.

                                        I am suffering mentally as well as hygenically due to bad service of pureit people. They give big claims on T.V promos that whoever finds fault in the quality of water will get rs 1 crore prize. Now what prize will they give in finding fault in there service.

                                        Please help me.I cannot tolerate the mental tension caused by the service of HUL.
