We want of Battery kit. from last Three weeks we are asking your dealer in Bellary city. But he is telling that there is no Stock. and some o[censored]n authorised persons are roaming with this kits and they are charging Rs.550/- per one kit.

Please send the details of your authorised dealers in the towns - BELLARY, HOSPET, SANDUR

Dear Sir,

PURE IT - SALES MANAGER,

I am planning to buy PURE IT water purifier. Before that just i have turn into website for customer care response, toll free number response, warranty period and other details of dealership. But i am quite surprising there is poor response from company. They received lot of complaints from customer within 3 months and few of stock materials not having with the company.

What i am suggesting to the company that THEY SHOULD Concentrate only the QUALITY OF SERVICE/Customer Response after sale is very important in order to achieve the Expected Sales Turnover. HLL is branded, they have Gooodwill. But such a simple business concept ignored.

The will definitely increase the authorised dealer with sufficient no of service personnel for customer care. They only the people believe the organisation.

I am advising the SALES MANAGER, MD of this company that pl.take this advise and consider me as sample customer that i personally feel after reading the customer complaints i am just postpone the purchase of PURE IT WATER PURIFIER.

I Have ordered a battery of 1500 L on 19th of this month. bt till now it is not done. thought of complaining in mail but wondered that i was not alone. sorry to say u that your service is too POOR not PURE. u must rectify ur name as POOR IT instead of PURE IT.I m having number o[censored]r sales manager in dhanbad. bt he is also not taking ist seriously. he is Mr. Ajay Singh having mobile Number [protected]. lets see wat u can do for me.

    I have purchased Hindustan Unilever's Pureit in-home water purifier on 12 Sept 2007
    Vide invoice no IS07/HYD[protected] and
    customer id –[protected]

    As my battery kit was showing red colour sign so I have requested for change of battery kit on 22 April 2009 at helpline tele no [protected] ( Andhra Pradesh) Order No S-09/ HYD [protected] and since no company representative has come to my home / contacted me for the change of battery kit so I again reported the matter on helpline tele phone on 28 April 2009 ( compliant no C[protected] .
    Again no representative has come to my home / contacted me for the change of battery kit so I again called the helpline tele no [protected] on 02 May 2009 at 1425 Hrs and the call was answered by Mr RAJESH who was not ready to listen to my complaint and misbehaved with me and after lot of persuasion he took the complaints for battery kit replacement ( compliant no C[protected] Till this date no reps from the Hindustan Unilever's Pureit company has contacted us for the battery kit replacement .
    It very unfortunate that Hindustan Unilever's representatives are behaving in such manner with their bonafide customers.
    I have never seen such a worst after sale service that too with drinking water issues in such a hot summer seasons

    Hindustan Unilever Pureit — replacement of Battery Kit

    This is kapil, from pune, customer of HLL's pure-it water purifier.I have ordered for immediate replacement of Battery Kit, since it indiates the same. My customer-id is [protected]
    On 03 june 2009 I placed my request for a new battery.(case no. c[protected] But as on date I have not received anything from them. Yesterday, I approached them again the answer was “Sir, it will take 3 working days.I dont know how thes people are doing business.


    I am damn sure, there are so many people who are facing same problem with Hindustan Uniliver.

    Hhindustan Unilever pureit is providing Worst After Sales Service, actually no after sales service

    I suggest you don't go for Hindustan unilever pureit

    HUL Pureit — Non replacement of Kit

    I have asked for Cartridge replacement HUL order no. S09/vap/[protected] dt.2/7/09 For Rs.510/-. I have talk to your Customer executive on [protected].

    Sorry to inform you that your all executives on your phone- [protected] are lying since last 22days and saying that your cartridge will be replaced within 2 days. I don’t know when 2 days will be over. I had talked 10 times so far to your customer care executive on above said phone no. Even your Customer care executive does not know any regional office telephone nos. or regional manager no. to whom we can talk.

    I am fed up with talking to your customer care executives.

    Today your customer care ([protected]) executive says that your address is out of our service area, so, we will not able to give service. Your person says that HUL will able to give service within 10Kms of your Dealer/ franchisee. This HUL people should inform every customer before they purchase your “PURE it” water purifier. I had not been to your office for buying the same. Your person had installed at my residence. Why they had not communicated your hidden strategy.

    I request you to replace cartridge tomorrow by 11:00A.M OR I want refund of Rs.1800/- and collect your water purifier immediately.

    waterpurifier — no battery kit

    I had called in belapur navi mumbai for the battery kit and got the good response on phone but one week passed there was no kit available and had to call many times, as in monsoon it is very essential that water is pure, but the inferior service provided by our agents makes the things worse this will really effect on the product.

    Pureit Water Purifier — battery kit replacement

    I have a pureit water purifier and the battery kit of the same has been expired. i am trying to contace the pureit help line since 18 th january, but i am not able to contact the help line number. i request the pureit representative to contact me on my mobile [protected] immediatly.
    We have logged Three weeks back to get the battery replacement for their Pureit water purifier product. There is no practical and ground response as of now till date .

[protected]. i have changed battery before 3 months.i have shoked when i show before 1 month various insects, spider inside the machine in water they are floating. i have complained so many times in kanpur office but no action taken till now. i m going to consumer forum how yr company playing with the consumer's healt.

        I BOUGHT A PUREIT FROM LUCKNOW ON 31.12.08. WITHIN THREE MONTHS, ON 23.3.09, THE WATER FILTER'S TOP RIGHT SIDE WAS IN FLAMES-SMOKE ALL AROUND IT. THE BODY MELTED-TOP RIGHT SIDE
        WAS COMPLETELY DAMAGED, AND PARTLY THE BOTTOM RIGHT PORTION ALSO. IT WAS SHOCKING INDEED AND SOMEHOW THE FLAME WAS DOUSED-PUTTING US IN DANGER AS OUR CLOTHES COULD HAVE CAUGHT FIRE. IT WAS BAFFLING TO SEE THE PRODUCT-WHICH I NOW CONSIDER AS LOUSY-IN FLAMES.ON 24.3.09 I CALLED THE SALESMAN WHO HAD INSTALLED IT AND I WAS INFORMED THAT A PUREIT OFFICIAL WILL COME TO SEE THE DAMAGE. NO ONE VISITED ON 25.3.09 HENCE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED ON 26.3.09 (COMP.# C[protected] AND ON 2.4.09

ON 3.4.09 I GOT A CALL FROM LOCAL OFFICE (TEL # [protected]), AND THE CALLER, CLAIMING TO BE I/C OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID HE WILL TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH HIGHER AUTHORITIES ! THOUGH A PERSON VISITED, SAW THE DAMAGE, BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR DESPITE MY REMINDER, YET AGAIN ON 6-4-09...THE SERVICE SECTION O[censored]NILEVER IS HUMBUG AND ONLY A CONSUMER FORUM COMPLAINT CAN MAKE THEM DO THE NEEDFUL'

          I had purchase PUREIT on 16/09/2008. My Client ID is. [protected]. I had place an order on 20/04/2009 for new GERMIKILL Battery Kit. Despite of daily reminder nobody is interest to attend complain. Eventhough we are agree to pay Rs. 15/- extra (without bill) being a service charge. If you are not able to solve it please call back your machine immeditaely and refund my money.

I have placed an order with hindustan pure it customer care on 8.4.09. The promised me to that the will deliver the kit within the 3 working days, but still now we have not received any response from them. Whenever we contact the customer care, they assured to be replaced in 3 working days. But, i get nothing other than the false promises made by the customer care executives. Now, we feel that we made a wrong choice by opting this product.

They promised me to that they will deliver the kit within the 3 working days, but still now we have not received any response from them. Whenever we contact the customer care, they assured to be replaced in 3 working days. But, i get nothing other than the false promises made by the customer care executives.             I am using ur Pureit for the past 2 years.I am repeatedly placing the order to the customer care for the past one month.But I am not getting any proper response other than false response that ur executives will be replacing the battery in 3 days.

              again on 03.04.2009 i booked a complain stating that i ve not received the kit (c[protected] dt 03.04.09). i ve told that within 2 days it ll be delivered.

              Problem : After a lot of try around 6 Months, always lines are busy and kept on hold for half an hour., we logged a complain to resolve the water leakage problem of the HUL Pureit product. Unfortunatelly there is no positive response we are getting from the service centre, and my purifier is kept as useless box. Please do the needful as I am fed up with the response from HUL Water Purifier "Pureit" Support & Services.
              I am thinking in terms of buying this product. But, as in this case, the post sales service, as well as replacement of the germ-kill battery set seems to be a very big negative aspect.

              I fully sympathise with you, and it seems I will have to rethink on buying the same.

              Hindustan Unilever ltd, pureit product — germkill battery kit-worst customer service

              Dear Sir,

              The customer service of Hindustan Unilever Ltd for the PureIt water purifier product is the worst service I have come across. The response time (call waiting queue) over phone is more than 45 minutes. The representatives have a casual attitude and even after the escalation and talking to the supervisor of the customer service, the germ kit battery has still not been delivered for over more than a week. Almost, every day a follow up call has to be made the customer service center asking for the status of the order and complaint, but there is is only false time line commitments and no call back or delivery of the germ kill battery kit. Does the company have any idea or knowledge regards the inconvenience and trouble caused to the consumer of PUREIT product?? I recommend that please DO NOT BUY the water purifier (pureit) product of Hindustan Unilever ltd, otherwise you will suffer like the rest o[censored]s.

                1.Does this meet the specifications under the local laws
                2.How do I know that old bread is not recycled under the new norms

                I have been using Harvest Bread since last 10 years. Now from some time I noticed that they are not mentioning date of manufacturing on the packet. and only stamping that best before...

                Every body knows that no body can give assurance that this bread will be in good condition for such a period. and the retailer says do not sorry if you feels the bread is not good then returned to us and we will returned it to the supplier. It means the supplier will re wrapped it and again sale in the market.

                I want to know what is the food safety and bakery laws says in this regards.

                I had purchased a pack of Modern Bread recently and opened it within the expiry date. But I found that it contained a lot of fungus. I called up at the Chennai phone number provided on the wrapper and lodged my complaint immediately. I got a call from some 'quality control' person assuring me of action. But I am yet to hear from him again. I'm really appalled by the attitude o[censored]nilever. It cannot get away with poor quality control in other countries. Just because our laws are lax, it gets away with inferior products and apathetic attitude towards the consumer.

                I have been writing in newspapers about this lacuna since long but no reply from Bread manufacturers. Writing "Best Before Date" instead "Manufacturing date" over the Bread wrapper is beneficial to Bread manufacturers.
                Suppose on a particular day (say 1st May) the bakery bakes 5000 loaves then they can pack same bread in wrappers of different "Best Before Dates" ie 5th May, 6th May 7th May 8th May, and even 9th May and distribute for entire next week. Thus consumer can get 8-9 days old bread without violating the Legal Metrology package rule. In case they choose to write "Manufacture Date" then they have tu use only wrapper having this date, because consumer will not accept bread with future Manufacture Date. This is probably only packaged food item without MF Date.

                      With reference to the above filter purchased on 10.02.2009 from M/s. Ganapathy SW2 (Sree Maruthi Distributers), Old No 1351/New No.292, Sathy Road, Venatesapuram, Ganapathy, Coimbatore, PIN 641 006, Tamil Nadur State.
                      Actually I have booked the purit through our helpline No:[protected]. But delivery of purit get it from the above said distributer. For delivery there are two executive came (Mr. Yuvaraj - Contact No:[protected] and Mr. Vimal - Contact No:[protected]) .

                      I have purchased two purit. One is for my purpose at Coimbatore and Another one is for my sister at Tirupur. The delivery time I requested your executives to deliver one filter at Tirupur, and they confirmed that it will be done without any charges. After 4th of day the same person came and take the filter for delivery to Tirupur and they collected Rs.100/- for transportation charges. I was also not interested for unnecessory arguments, So I paid Rs.100/-. When they delivered at Tirupur Again the Auto charges paid by my sister. As per your advertisement, the purit is free home delivery in Tamil Nadu.

                      IInd issue: The filter brought without invoice and there were no cash bill given to me. When I asked the cash bill, the person given a order request form and he told that this is the cash bill. After several complaints, they given one invoice without any company seal and no warranty card given. For one more filter at Tirupur, Still we have not yet received the cash bill. In your customer service, I have spoke to several time (Mis. Umayal, Mr. Vinod).Instantly they are replying that the bill will get it with in 24 hours. But so many 24 hours left, but the bill not yet received.

                      IIIrd issue:When the delivery boy given demo for the usage of filter, they told that the water will not overflow. But once the bottom drum has filled. If we drop the water in the top drum, its overflowing. Also The top side of the drum glasses getting moiture.

                        Pureit Water Filter — "no service at all "

                        from past 50 days I have been calling for change of battery, but there is no response from the service center.. they are not providing services as per their advertisements at the time of selling . they dont provide any consumer satisfaction. it seems like there aim is only selling their product.

                        There is no proper after sales service at coimbatore, as ihave asked them to come and change the candle they are not doing it, i had made many calls to call centre but here is no reply from them.We no the cheaper product price people wont have quality customer service, they should learn from eureka forbes, water doctor many more water purifier companies.

                        Pureit Water Filter — Battery Kit not replaced

                        Everytime it took nearly 15-20 days to get the battery kit for my PUREIT Water Filter. I am living in Kalpakkam 70 Kms away from Chennai. Previously I used to get the Battery from Chengalpattu Service Centre. It seems they have closed that office. They simily tell they do'nt keep the phone numbers available. Now I do not know whom to contact. I am desparately in need of the Telephone number of Pureit centre. I am really fed up with the services(?) of PUREIT Unilever. They should learn from Eureka Forbes (Cleaner & Purifier) services.

                        I had filed a complaint through your Musheerabad centre for replacement of battery kit.7 daya are over. Nobody has delivered. I was told somebody would come next day in typical local style. When can I get it? Or shall I switch over to Eureka Forbes purifier?

                        Pureit Water Filter — poor service

                        I bought a pureit water filter on 01.06.2010 from Hindustan Lever. I was told that 6 free services will be provided in the first six months. The water filteration has got absolutely slow after one month only and I have been calling the company daily since 12.07.10 and everytime I am given a complaint number but nobody has bothered to come for the service. When i placed the order, the delivery was made within 2 hrs of phone call. If these big companies can not maintain their services, they should not be making tall claims. Now, I feel I have been cheated to make investment in a product which Hindustan Lever is unable to provide service for, thus rendering it useless to me. This has has only become a mental harrassment to me to keep calling their call center and registering the complaint.

                          I booked for the replacement of the pure it battery and a stand, on the 18th and till now I have not received my battery. Each time when I call the customer Executive assures me that it will arrive in two days. Now it is almost 11 days and I have only wasted my time and money on phone calls. With in this period two of the field workers promised me that they will be delivering the product and asked me to wait at home. I waited for more than two days just for them in vain. Until today I have not got the battery. In fact this is the second time it happens. When i did my first replacement of battery last year, it took 7 working days for them to replace it!                               On 17th March 2009, I had taken Auto from Mulund check naka (LBS Marg) for airport at 4.15am. After reaching chakala, driver told me there is some problem with clutch wire and you need to look for another auto. When I checked the meter it was 280.. (never seen such tempering in the past)

                                I have had the misfortune of purchasing a Pureit water purifier marketed by Hindustan Unilever Ltd., in October 2008. Right from installation, there was water leakage from the sides of the purifier. The salesman assured that this would cease after a few refills. But, this leakage has been continuing. Our usage per day would come to hardly 5 litres per day. As per the company assurance, the battery kit should last for 1500 litres. But in our case, the battery kit started showing red by end February 2009, after hardly 700 litres.
                                I lodged a request for new battery kit on their kerala helpline no. [protected] on 28th February and despite 7-8 reminders, no response from them till today, 19th March, i.e, after 21 days.My consumer ID is [protected].
                                I have a request for all those intending to buy this product: PLEASE DO NOT BUY, ELSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WILL GO "PURE -_ _ IT"

                                  My chlorine filtration tube is over since last 3 weeks and I had first asked for the refill on 2/Jan/09. I had also complained about a powdery formation in the transparent section of the filter.
                                  After that, I have been calling up for service a lot of times. Each time I call up I am assured of having the customer care person reach my house in next 2 days.
                                  After having wasted 3 leaves by being at home for the customer care person, I had requested that the person be sent on a Saturday and have waited at my house at least 5-6 Saturdays without the person turning up at my place inspite of promises from HLL rep.
                                  Finally, a Mr Ramalinga (his number[protected] called me today (17/Mar/09) at 1.00pm asking me to reach my house from office so he can service my filter!! this is ridiculous, I was also told that he cannot be around my house at 6pm by when I will return from office as there is no other complaint in my area.
                                  He also had the audacity to tell me that he cannot come on Saturdays as he has to go to other places and my house is far from his office!!!
                                  I am really appalled at the attitude of HLL and the customer care (rather lack of it)!!!
                                  Hope someone pays heed to my complaint and sends a person to service my filter and replace the chlorine tube as I am unable to use the filter now!!

                                  But now for the last 1 month(booked the battery on 28/09/2009) i am calling the help line for buying a battery..They tell me service will be given in the next 24 hours..but no response yet.I have also registered a complaint, but it seems to be of no use.
                                  Where can I complain so that they take steps so that such a famous company attends to their customers??
                                  I received as same as problem from Pureit representative. I hope better we have to compalint to hindustan Lever company. Otherwise must ban it in stead of purchasing those company products.
                                  I am also victim of the so called pure it team. I have also been contacting the customer care for change in battery kit for the last one week but all in vain. By reading your complaint i feel there are just making fool of customers. Now I am thinking of filing a complaint in Consumer panel as also moving Human Right bodies as the company has been cheating consumers by claiming one crore virus purifier whereas they even fail to supply necessary kits. The misleading advertisement and concealment of ground realities like requirement of replacing filter kit and batter is a serious offence. Please team up for this cause.

                                    I am Ravisankar.I have purchased pureit water filter on 10.12.09 from Brindavan nagar, Adambakkam branch.Salesperson Mr.Jegan has given oly handwritten bill at d backside of warranty card.Same day v complained leakage of water near battery to Mr.Jegan but no response.After that also d pblm persists...
                                    But as days goes on, d leakage of water was more.So once again v complained on 9th, March, 09 to Mr.Jegan and thro Customer service no. [protected], but they said v dont have any details based on your mobile no.Again v called d branch office and complained, service person Mr.Vijayakumar came and said that their was a crack near baterykit so you better buy new batterykit for Rs.350 or provide a tray beneath the filter so that the water will be collected in it.But v didnt accept since the battery is still in fullwhite and its under warranty period.
                                    Continously for 3 days v have been complaining to branch office and thro customerservice number but in vein.
                                    Then v struggled a lot to get proper invoice but that is also useless.The pureit provided to us is robinblue colour but in the invoice it is given as maroon colour with diff device no...

                                    After complaining this much time oly they have given the complaint no: C09975832 I dont know for what they r saying 24 hours service and providing complaint no but not a even a proper response.

                                    I want replacement of damaged battery with proper invoice for the product what im having.
                                    Im really annoyed of the activities gng inside d company.With a single call they have deliverde the product but even after calling for a week thier is no response or service from the companyside...
                                    Poor after sales service bcoz of some peoples carelessness the companys name is being spoiled in public...

                                      I have purchased pureit water filter on 10.12.2009 d same day water was leaking which was complained to Mr.Jegan, Adambakkam, BrindavanNagar branch.No action was taken on their side, but d pblm continues.Oly handwritten bill was given.On 9th, Mar, 09 again d complaint was made but no response.Then oly v came to know that they hav wrongly delivered d product(blue instead of red as per invoice)which v hav ordered and after fighting oly v got the invoice after 3 months.But still d pblm continues as far bcoz d device no in invoice and device no in our product doesnt match...
                                      V hav informed d pblm to d branch manager to but they are making us to bare the battery cost even before it comes to red tat in warranty period(bcoz there was a crack near battery which was a fault during delivery)...V havnt expected a very poor response, service and negligence from a reputed public limited company like hll!!!
                                      V wanted d company to take action reg replacement of product...

                                        Somebody from pureit came to my house change the battery kit in the loose condition inside the bag.He changed the germ killer & polisher.He has not changed the semicircular doom (Compact Carbon Trap).When my wife enquired him why you have not bring the parts in the box he told her that now the parts are coming in the parts are coming individually.She rang to me & then I enquired to customer care I contacted to customer care before I make a call to my wife he collected the amount He has given the bill in the customer demo form & left.After that I contacted your customer care they advised me to complaint to Ambattur zonal office.He has given the bill inthe customer demo form..He has written the name as Suresh.The person who came to my house is a cheating person, he has misused service name people.Tommorrow I contacted your customer care I want to change three parts they agreed that that part which is not replaced & also send service engineer to check the condition of the the parts which are already replaced.Now the germ killer is become from white to red.I made a complaint on 10.03.09 to change the germ killer at free of cost.Till now the entire batterykit is not replaced.
