I have pureit ro + uv classic. I called pureit helpline for 'change sf' light blinking. A technician visited and on further examination he found that there is membrane issue and gave me the idea of amc. I took the 1 year amc for rs. 4500 and got the bill. The bill is on " R. S. Enterprises water purifier and RO service center" on 1st July 2019. Now there is an issue regarding the water filtration so I contacted the concerned service centre (R.S. Enterprises) but any of their contact no. was not working. I then again called the Pureit and tell them the problem and the customer care person told me that they have only one registered company "GURU KRIPA Enterprise" and there is not any complain on July, 2019. She also denied that R.S. Enterprises was registered by them and told me if it is not from that registered company I have to do the AMC again. Then I contacted the person Mr. Kapil Singh to whom I sent the money through google pay. His earlier contact no. was [protected] where no one picked the phone. But as he send me a copy of the invoice through what’s up I got the changed no. [protected] and called him. He told me that he has left the company and now he will try to contact the company.
Today one technician came from “GURU KRIPA Enterprise” and told me the bill is not authentic and the vendor mentioned on bill is not their vendor and they took some parts from the machine also. I want to understand that every time a vendor is assigned to me, how would i know who is genuine and who is not. Surely someone from customer care or vendor might have committed this fraud. And if I am calling helpline and a technician is coming, how is it possible that someone from another unauthorised RO service centre came to my place. How did they know my number, my address, or the problem that i have? I have called pureit helpline only.
Moreover when the technician came yesterday, he told that this fraud has happened with many people and the company knows about it. So I am going to take this up legally, by fir and social media.
