[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Brand new product but not work properly | |||||
My name pravin bhavsar, since i purchase hindustan unilever / pure it water filter product from ashray sales, ashirwad nagar, nagpur, maharashtra. There are many problems occuring in the product continuously. Engineers provides hopeless service and excuses. So i want to replace the product as soon as possible. Since i purchase the pure it marvella (Ro+uv) model from ashray electronics aashirwad nagar nagpur, there is continuous problem is occuring in your model. I do the complaint many times but your engineer is not able to solve the problem of pure it model. So please exchange it. Otherwise i do your complaint, i also have some proof of it. (I have my own newspaper. Also complaint on social media/cosumer foram). Your engineers is giving hopeless excuses every time. So i hope you understand my problem and exchange it as soon as possible.
