[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — change gkk1 after 1 year of purchase and after that pcb fault occurred | |||
I purchased pureit ultima mineral ro+uv in october 2017. On october 2018 i changed gkk1 which costs rs. 2200 as required. After 1 month ro unable to dispense water. Pureit technician came after raising complaint and he told me that pcb is faulty and will cost 5400. That means after investing rs.15500 on ro, i have to spend another 5400 for poor quality pcb which might gets faulty dont know in how many days. He also said pump is also not working which will cost me 2500. Meaning 5400+2500 its such a poor quality high end product from pureit.
