[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — circuit board
2 weeks back I ordered for GKK2 replacement
Technician came and replaced it
He said it’s working
After 1 day it’s leaking, I didn’t heard the motor sound
Called him again
He came and checked it and said functioning even it’s not purifying water
After 2 days again it leaking fro 2 sides
I called technician he replied he doesn’t know inform main technician
The main technician came after 2 days, he said the filter is not working and the previous technician fitted in wrong way these many days u r drinking unpurified water
The circuit board was not functioning .
We contacted PURE IT manager he told he will call back
After making so many calls he is not responding
It’s 7500 rs filter
For GKK2 4500 we paid, now they telling circuitboard was failed which will cost 2500
If the filter failed then y did u put GKK2 filter
It’s the technician who spoiled the filter
Such a pathetic response from pure it manager
How can they waste our money
I request plz look in to this and repair the circuit board or else take back GKK2 filter set
