[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — control circuit failure in 1 year 6 months

A year ago i purchased pureit ro+mineral, recently there is a indication for changing sf, so we called customer center and they said since warenty over this service will be charged.. So i accepted. And service person inspected pureit and control circuit and said control circuit is damaged and 5500 will be charged to replace it.. If a product doesnt perform well for 3 years.. Why to sell it in market.. Seen many similar complaints on pureit.. Can you please suggest us what to do.. Or take necesary actions to solve this.. If i pay 5500 i can get bislery water cans for two years.. This worst products either to be banned or to be rectified.. If issue is not resolved then will proceed legally..

Updated by sagarreddy. Oct10 Kotte I got call from pureit service man, and he saying same thing, i need to pay 5500 for control circuit. The same issue i raised in consumer forum and now the same thing your service person is saying. If circuit board loses in one and half year..i hope in another two years pureit wont work. I just need it to be fixed without any cost.

Oct10 Kotte Complaint was not resolved ..these people again saying same thing..they dint want to replace the part if we give money they will replace..will wait for two more days and will put it in social media ..why should i pay money..even if i pay they doesnt gaurenty that that product will work for two more years..
