Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — error on classic g2 mineral ro+uv

I am using "Classic G2 Mineral RO+UV".
It shows some error on purifier. I raise the many complaints still it has not solved.
Also call customer care many times.
But no one come to solve the issue.
The issue was pending from last 10-15 days.

Also they give false commitment daily.
Very ridiculous and very very disappointing.
Very poor service offer by company.
