[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Frequent servicing of newly purchased pureit r. o. | |||
Dear sir, We had purchased a pure it r. O. From croma situated in cinopolis unity mall dated 04/05/2017 and get it delivered and installed on 05/05/2017. When we started the r. O., the sound was too loud and there was tap leakage also. We called the service engineer the same day and visit from service engineer was on 06/05/2017. He got it repaired. On 07/05/2017, there was water leakage from the body, again we called the service engineer, he came and get it reapired on 08/05/2017.in 4 days from the date purchase, there was problem with r. O. Twice. It should be a manufacturing defect. We are not getting any suitable response from croma and pure it. Please get the r. O. Exchanged as it came with manufacturing defect. Your customer is suffering and we are not at all happy with the purifier because of frequent break downs. Please get the same exchanged on priority. Was this information helpful? | |||
