[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — germkill kit order | |||||
I had ordered a germkill kit on 22.10.2017. As per the pureit promise the same should be delivered within 72 hours. The service provider had contacted initially to confirm timings of delivery but hasnot showed up yet. The customer care service is a big joke at hll pureit. The cc executives keepp asking the same information over and over again instead of checking the records and the senior members and managers are even bigger fools who never call back the customer. All i want from pureit is to deliver the germkill kit at my registered address that too without any charge. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have bought this product during October 2016. I have changed the SF after 6 months and now its asking to change GKK2. The maintenance cost is too high. Let me know.what is the frequency for changing these filters and KiT. Its asking for frequent change of filters 1 by 1..
