[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — got faulty filter from the time of installation | |||
I purchased a filter which was defective from the time of installation. After several times of servicing and repairing work also, performance is not satisfactory. Everyday getting a new issues with that. Sent so many follow up mail/ call to customer care. They are not at all responsive. Contacted pureit india service head (Mr. Anjan sengupta). But no step taken from his end. Rajasthan service head (Hindustan unilever) visited the product, but no satisfactory action taken. Model: pureit classic mineral ro+mf filter Product serial no. Rcx[protected]. Purchase date -18.09.2017. Installation date - 18.09.2017. Installation status - was not working from the time of installation. Was this information helpful? | |||
