[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — marvella ro + uv | |||
I bought pureit marvello ro+uv water purifier on september 2016 for rs 17, 000. I have replaced the first filter (Sf) on march 2017. On january 2016, i replaced gkk1 filter kit for rs 3200/. Unfortunately, with in another 6 months filter stopped working. When we raised a complaint, service representative told us that circuit board needs to be replaced and we need to pay rs. 3500 I am highly disappointed with the quality of this product and also the kind of service that are being provided to the customers. I expect the hindustan unilever customer care should take some actions immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
