[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — pathetic service | |||
I have made a complaint about the defect in Pureit Purifier on 14th April 2018.. Till date, No one has come yet for the Service /Repair yet.aIts been almost a Month .Every Alternate day they send a msg that the Issue is attended when infact no one has come to our house for the repair. I receive a call everyday from Pureit asking if my issue is resolved and they say everytime that they will send a technician but no one has addressed it yet.. Very Disappointed with the Service team.
