Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — pcb issue in pureit marvella ro +uv | |||
I purchased pureit marvella ro +uv for rs 18000 in dec 2016. I was facing problem in ro and complained about the same in pureit customercare. My issue was addressed in 4 days with so many rigorous follow ups. Pureit executive without checking my device declared with circuit board is not working and refused to visit my home for checking the device.in just 2.5 years, the pcb (Circuit board) is damaged. It is costing rs 3500 as per pureit executive. I feel very dissatisfied with pureit services and also looks like they have faulty pcb's installed in pureit ro's. Request you to address my issue.
