[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — pureit / hindustan unilever regarding faulty control circuit of pureit ultima ro +uv water purifier | |||
We had brought Pure it Ultima water purifier by spending Rs 20000 just 1.5 years ago. We have done regular servicing and changed the germkill kit twice a year. We received a gkk2 error and got the germ kill kit replaced by spending Rs 3800 few days back. Now the purifier just stopped working. I called your customer care and raised a complaint. The complaint number is[protected]. Technician visited my home and said the control circuit has become faulty and need to be replaced. The cost of new control circuit is Rs. 5000. This is ridiculous!! So i am wondering is this the quality of the products that you are selling, or is it a well planned pattern. After doing a simple google search, you can see almost all customers are facing the same issue. Are you guys just trying to fool people?? Was this information helpful? | |||
