There is water leakage in ro, new ro installed only two weeks back. Complaint lodged on 22.12.2018, tat was given for 24 hours. But even after 5 days, no body is listening. Call centre staff is very aggogant. Though reminded several times, not ready to listen. Very poor quality of service. It reflects regrettfully poor service from a so called branded product. At first i thought the battery of purit water filter is leaking but after changing the battery i found that the bottom container was leaking. What to do now?
