[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — pureit ro not working | |||
I am using Purit Marwela RO from more than 3 years. I have never faced any issue with RO within this time. But after changing GKK2 kit by Purit engineer, My RO is not working well. Power not coming into RO. Now when I complained to Purit, their service engineer visited and said that adaptor is faulty and it will cost Rs 1800 to replace the adaptor. There was no power fluctuatin and I have many more electronic equipments at my home and no one got damaged. It's Purit company's policy that change some settings in RO when replace the GKK and Earn more money by selling RO's parts. Was this information helpful? | |||
