[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — service engineer damage control circuit | |||
I re - installed my pure it filter, after service engineer left water started leaking from full body, again i called him, he told me that prv is required since the water pressure is high. After 2days he came and put prv, after he left again water started leaking from the filter body, i again called him, he checked and told that control circuit is damaged and you have to pay rs.5500 for replacement. Control circuit got damaged because of water leakage, which is service engineer's fault then why i should shell out money for this? Hul please look into this matter, filter was re-installed on 23 april 2019, still the full issue is not resolved. Customer care is pathetic, they are telling it has to be reported within 7 days. I have made multiple complaints but still they are saying in our database its not there. I wrote to pureit. [protected]@ultima.com but no reply from them as well.
