[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — substandard spare parts | |||
Dear sir it has been 15 days my pureit device is under repair, when i complied customer care they sent the technician and they changed the gkk without analyzing the problem. Later again i requested assistance with pure it official visited and by analyzing the problem they told motor is not working and it is sub standard quality needs to changed. But still no action is taken to replace the motor. And you are not answering the phone call too. We are facing lots of problems with this pureit device pls take it back of substandard quality pureit device. Kindly do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
