[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — technical issue in germkill battery | |
I bought battery kit from "vividha steel shop", address - shop no. 6, dhanlakshi kripa, kale padal road, sasane nagar, hadapsar, pune - 411028 There is leakage from battery so i contacted to shop but they refused to change it and asked to contact to customer care. After that i complained in customer care. Customer care executive visit and asked that there is some technical issue in battery and it can not be replaced. My issue is I have bought a water purifier of pureit by Flipkart which was I received on 7 of March 2018 still not a single service engineer came for Free demo and installation process.
