Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Tempered old spare parts used for repair order

Hi,

I have purchased pureit ultima RO plus UV water purifier which was having water leakage and registered a complaint for technician visit. On 9th Nov 2021 technician visited and replaced the Booster Pump which is tempered old spare part. It's making too much noise and informed to the technician on that but he told no problem. It's a tempered old spare part used to replace and they have taken Rs 2000 for the same and never attended the problem of extreme noise since then.

Please note repeatedly leakage issue is happening from 27th Oc 2021 and since past 3 moths they are replaced Booster Pump and on 2nd Ja 2022 they have replaced Solenoid Valve. On 2nd Jan 2022 we have CCTV footage of their technician tempering the spare part and installed in my purifier saying its company's complementary. Please not Solenoid Pump which has been replaced is not at all working as it is old one.

Since past 3 months leakge issue is not resolved and I have paid Rs 2000 for a Booster Pump which is also a old spare parts and have been cheated by thier service provider Raghavendra Agencies Bangalore. I have raised multiple complaints but company is least bothered and did not atke any action to solve the issue since past 3 months.

Kindly look into the issue, I want original genuine parts to be provided for which I have already made payment of Rs2000.

Please find duplicate local parts provided to me by Raghavendra Agency saying it's original from the company.

Today technician visited saying got new parts for local made Booster Pump which they have installed before and Solenoid Valve will be replaced but he did not replace. He just checked once again without my agreement he replaced membrane saying instructions from the company which is disgusting. After replacing the membrane when it did not stop leakge I asked to install my old membrane he told tomorrow Raghvendra Agencies Manager will come and check. Without informing me they have replaced my Original Booster Pump with local made pump. Company original pump is Rs2500 where as they have taken Rs 2000 which has been informed by technician Satish who has visited.

Also note on 26th October 2021 they have replaced GKK kit 1 and took Rs 2500 plus visiting charge which is removed from company record saying I have cancelled where as I have WhatsApp message where I have shared my location with their technician who came to install GKK kit1.

I have not received any solution and still water leakage is on.Please find new bill copy shared for all old parts replaced in the name of new parts.
