Dear Pure it Team,
I am Ramchandra Chilkawar, a valuable customer of Pureit Max Water Saver 10 L RO + UV + MF Water Purifier. I am using this product since August 2020. Please note that I have been experiencing many issues with your product since the beginning.
A few examples of issues are the water filter stops working. The taste and smell were very bad; the experience was harder, with high TDS outflow, the helpline indicator was red, etc.
In two years of span, these many times I have suffered already.
Now, again, from last week no water is not getting filtered (Complaint registered with reference number C[protected] on 26/08/2022). The technician visited today and stated that motor is not working properly; I need to pay 2500+300 service charges to rectify it.
Every time I have complained pureit team on Helpline Number[protected] so as to resolve the issue, and on your technician visit, I have paid 300+ part change amount.
For the recent issue In February on 22/02/2022; your authorized service centers (Raghvendra agencies Bangalore) technician asked me to replace RO Membrane and 1300/- charged.
Again in May month, there was no water outflow; a senior technician from Raghevdra agencies Bangalore (Authorised service center) asked me to change filters/mineral kit and charged 3450/-
This is a faulty product. How many times do I have to Pay???
Again 2500 + charges for a motor change?? I don't want to pay again in such a faulty product.
I don't want to waste my money and time any further.
Please collect your Pureit Max Water Saver 10 L RO + UV + MF Water Purifier from my address and provide me a replacement or credit as further repair will not be worth it and being a health professional I know drinking water with an elevated amount of TDS for longer periods will expose the body to various chemicals, toxins and may cause chronic health conditions like cancer, liver, kidney, etc.
Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated; otherwise, I need to choose another legal way to deal with the Hindustan Unilever pureit!
