I am writing this complaint with a hope that some sensible officer would look into the same and take a required action.
Our Hindustan pureit Marcella is just 2 years old and we were not given any service which are covered under warranty.
When we ourselves requested for a visit as some indication was coming on our machine, then we were asked to change the whole set of candles and filters and they took 4500.
The technician left our system faulty as leakage started and then it was rectified.
Some local phone operators are sitting to take the call but do not have caliber to understand the complaint.They are pulling down Company’s image and creating a bad customer experience.
It is a mental torture to deal with such kind of hopeless creatures and who are minting money and giving bad services.They should be called thieves.
I hope someone with brain will read this complaint and take a action immediately.
My machine is still unattended from last 3 days as Your company is short off Senior Technicians. Pathetic service and pathetic experience
