Purple Optics — defective product or not a good quality item | |||||
I have purchased power glasses from purple optics, padur chennai around may 2017 by paying almost 18k. Frame is broken by march 2018, they have agreed to replace with 50% cost of frame i. E around 4k which i said ok and replaced. With in 25 days replaced one is broken too... They say rough handling, but i am using glasses from 27 years and loyal customer to purple optics from last 6 years... The way i was treated as customer when asked for replacement even after paying 20k is not acceptable and not even willing to get it fixed... Even though it's a defective product.
