I have ordered on July 24 2019 in purple.com. awb number is[protected] it should be delivered in 27th July but it wasn't delivered.i called customer care complained and now no one is even picking my call.what should I do it's a prepaid order.is this the way you and xpressbee works?please solve the issue or I would complain in the e comnercd.yiu are not even providing a cancel order option in your website unlike other beauty online shoppee why should I call or email for cancellation Was this information helpful? |
