[Resolved] Purplle.com — cheating... manipulation of the flaxseed oil, received mustard oil in the bottle.

I ordered 4 items... Lipsticks, toner, bleach and flaxseed oil... All the other products are good but they cheated me on the flaxseed oil which is heavily priced, they have put in the mustard oil in the bottle which is not even hard sealed, this is highly disgusting nd fraudulent activity. I have placed a replacement for the same, if this tym also they cheated i will get my refund.

Purplle.com Customer Care's response As per the telephonic conversation informed the customer regarding her product which she has received and has also informed her that the reverse pickup has been arranged. The product will be picked within 2-3 working days. Once the product reaches the warehouse and the quality check is done. Her refund will be raised from our end. Also informed her that she doesn't need to return the free product.
