[Resolved] Purplle.com — missing case of my order and refund not yet received[protected] | |||
My order no is[protected], which i placed this order on 8th oct 2019, which was shipped the next day but its been a month i didn't receive my order. The order status is showing delivered and i am not having the products yet this is fake site they have debited amount rs. 601 and i have done so many calls and emails but no response guys please stop ordering from purplle.com as this is really fake and fraud site. I am really fed up in writing emails and calling the customer care. I called up courier partner from my end, they said by mistake, it has been delivered to another apartment. I cannot believe this, how this fraud things they can do blindly to the customers. I am attaching the email communication and my order details. Now i want my refund of amount rs. 601. I have been emailing them which is really annoying, i would never in life order anything again from this site and would never recommend anybody. We will initiate a refund for the paid amount to the source account if we are unable to deliver the order within 24 to 48 hours. Your patience is appreciated in this interim.
