[Resolved]  Purplle.com — Order not confirmed and I have already paid

I have already paid for my 3 products but it was showing order was not confirmed, it showed to wait for an hour to confirm the order, but it has been 3hours and i have tried calling their service center ( on the no. they have mentioned on their site) but the number is invalid. i want refund . I have screenshots of my payment to purplle too.
