[Resolved] Purplle.com — Payment is stuck
Hi I order twice from purplle at a same time for both time amount is debited from my account and in purplle website it's showing awaiting payment confirmation. Their executive confirm me that they received the payment but their is some technical issue at their side. Now I am unable to cancel the order and my payment is stuck with them from 2 days. I want to cancel the order and want refund also as it's company fault they should provide me compensation too.
